Rusti Banagas, a California native found herself in Costa Rica in 2004 as the Head Interior Designer for a mega residential community. It was here that she saw the opportunity to work in one of Forbes “top ten” worldwide tourist destinations, Costa Rica. Rusti then launched her own company, Banagas Design Group, Ltd. After two years, she and her staff of approximately 30 have finished over 100 condo designs, residences, and offices in Manuel Antonio, Quepos, and San Jose. Since opening her office, Rusti has made it a goal to integrate herself into the community. It is this community involvement, coupled with her dedication to each client, that has made Banagas Design Group stand out in the Costa Rican world of interior design.
